Dear Sir, Iam living in Dubai UAE. I want to know about a legal advice or opinion regarding one of my car's sale. I have given a news paper advertisement for sale of my car in 2004. One person came on Jan 2004 and I sold it for ready cash and I signed all the transfer paper for the RTO. I thought he will transfer immediately but later I have to join for my duty in Dubai and I left. I thought he would have transferred but last month after 4 years a comnplaint came from police station that this car number plate is used by a motor bike has got for some offense and we clarified that thius is a car number plate and not bike. Anyway in short the purchaser did not transfer this as per record we checked with the RT office. Now my question is : 1. What is to do with this case toget avoid my name changed, as unfortunately I do not have any document for the transfer that time I signed nor any address or telephone for this party at present to contact. How can I tackle this case to finalise. I have already last month gien a complin in RT office to find out this car and take custody. Can you please give me you advice how to solve this problem.
