is it good for me masterbation at the age 42 ? 
now i am working in gulf with out wife. yearly 2 month only i sayed with wife. that time daily 2 times we are doing sex. now daily i am doing masterbation at night. with out icant sleep.
please advice me is it ok or not. any heath problems anyting will happening for doing masterbation daily.
