Cosmetic surgery is surgery performed for only cosmetic reason . That is there is no need for operation for any reason . It`s done only for beautification purposes like nose reduction, operation for keliod or any hypertropic scar ,etc . It`s done by a plastic surgeon usually with excellent results . many celebrities have undergone it . Breast augmentation is most common of plastic surgery .
