About criticize 
Why do we criticize some people when they make a mistake, but not others when they do the exact same thing?

because you loves one who you criticises and wants to correct him. or it can be in the oppsite way you want to demoralize someone and hence u do so. u won't criticise if it has no impact or u do not know that person
