No side effect. Omega 3 is essential in promoting blood vessel flexibility and decreasing inflammatory process in blood vessel. The presence of Omega 3 makes blood platelets less likely to clump together and form clots that lead to heart attacks. Omega 3 may help to increase the flexibility of the red-blood-cell membranes, thus making blood less sludgy and more fluid. Thus it lowers the risk of hypertension.
