The concentration of Omega 3 in milk powder and eggs may be too low for health maintenance as well as to prevent heart diseases and obtain therapeutic effect. Omega 3 from fish oil consists of C20 (EPA) and C22 (DHA), whereas plant and vegetable oils have only C18 and lacks EPA and DHA. Therefore, deep sea fish oil is the best source of Omega 3.
