Yes! Omega 3 is considered as health food and works well with drugs except anti-coagulants such as warfarin. For organ transplant patients who are on Cyclosporine, Omega 3 may reduce toxic side effects, such as high blood pressure and kidney damage. Also, Omega 3 may allow a group of cholesterol-lowering medications known as "statins" to work more effectively.
