Consuming more fish does not mean you are taking enough Omega 3 because different fish has different composition and concentration of Omega 3 in its fat. Some fish may contain a lot of fat but the concentration of Omega 3 is low. In contrast, some fish may contain less fat but very high in Omega 3 concentration. Deep sea fish oil is the best source of providing high quality Omega 3 which is sufficient to maintain health and to prevent heart diseases as well as being a therapeutic supplement.

<br>Fortunately we have advanced, state-of-the-art technology [ Molecular Distillation] to gently remove toxins from the highly sensitive fish oil. |
