Omega 3 is "essential" fatty acid that our body cannot produce them, but we must obtain them from food. It can be obtained from plants such as flaxseed and micro-algae, however the best Omega 3 is obtained from deep sea, cold-water fish like Salmon, Sardine and Mackerel.

<br>Researches prove that Omega 3 is effective in lowering total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides levels in blood. at the same time, it also provides a beneficial decrease in the ratio of total cholestrol to HDL cholesterol and LDL cholesterol to HDL cholesterol. |
