codliver oil purified oil,we can eat,fish oil may be external uuse.

Cod liver oil is different from Omega 3 fish oil. Cod liver oil is enriched with fat-soluble vitamin (Vitamin A, D, E and K) which are beneficial for respiratory system but only has little effects on heart care.
