| Belly Reduction and Health Maintenance |
| I'm 24 yrs ,working as a computer professional, and i'm working around 12 hrs per day which affects my health and daily routine . I will arrive my house late nights and i cant practice any exercise or I cant practise any definite food habits. My body structure is average + and my BMI is also under control(atpresent).i want to focus on to my future.I want to reduce my belly too. Plz give me a suggestion at this issue. |

| ok no probs,go walking in the early morning 5am to 6am. |

| set high priority for exercise even if it is a brisk walk for 1 hour and please reduce your working hours to 8 hours a day or 4 days per week. you will be a lot more happier. |
