.. i love interviews coz i college campus i have undergone many final hr ..but miserably failed ..and when i analzed why am i failing in all interviews was this

<br>1.)i was very uncomfortable
<br>2.)my answers were not crisp,,i mean bla bla bla...keep on talking so dont do this .......be focussed to what u say>>
<br>3.)be pointing towars ur strengths like iam a fast learner,good communicaion skils...and so on....dont ever never tell ur weakness out ...because u will be judged by ur weakness..
<br>4.)when hr asks do u have nay questions.....ask him abt ur nature of job,,,ur intersets ,,..and so on,,
<br>5>)but at any time dont get nervofinally iam now in a company that respects me..because i think i have worked out all my weakness ..finally .. and happy now bye ..

you can mention your addional qualification,diploma,
<br>and merits,other award or prizes if you won,and
<br>other activities.coz,many companies reliance infocom,asking these details. |
