hai, getting loan in the bank is upto u, first check out the Nationalized banks (eg, state bank of india, Indian bank ., etc) in ur locality (home town). And contact the General manager of it. I think you must own property in the name of ur dad or mum or the one who is giving sureity for u. So its better to contach the Manager of the bank by person.
