Go to ur doctor and ask him to take X-RAY PELVIS AP/LATERAL VIEWS which will help in further management. If you are female partner better go to your gynacologist and get yourself examined including pelvic ULTASOUND EXAMINATION.

so waht u do is do sex upwards so ur back pain will disappear and up pain will come ...ha ha ha
