is there anything wrong?????? 
if your skin of pennis dont go beyond the bulb(or it is connected at the end of pennis) then i it a problem??

yes that is caused bleeding at the time of sexual relation

yeaa vinu is right, not only that problem, if u practice to pull the skin down it will go beyond bulb in few days. Despite this practice the skin did not remove then u should wash inside skin after the urin passed
