EARTH & ROTATION 
If the sun,stars and moon and other celestial objects appear to move from the direction east to direction west, then which direction is the earth rotating? why?

Earth moves from west to east. Sun is a stationary object and only earth moves..If we feel that sun moves from east to west, then the opposite direction of motion takes place in case of earth.
