No its not...it is the colours reflected from the underwater organisms...

Actually, two out of three are true to colour. The Yellow Sea is yellow because of a yellow silt deposited by the Yellow River. The Red Sea,is red because of reddish seaweed in the water. The Black Sea is quite dark in colour, but it is called that because it is really a stormy place with a dark and nasty character.
