Masturbation maynot cause any physical issues unless you due it excessive.. your body may go weak if it is beyond a limit.. any other harms are not reported in mjedical history as far as i know..
<br>abt sin.. it is considered as a sin in christian believes... definitely a sin.. anyway masturbation is so common..it does not mean it is not a sin.. since im a christian i never want to recommend you to do.. |

<br>i)mastrubation is not a sin its only a natural phinomenon.In modern medical science there is no problebs to the body by amastrubation.. actually the problem caused to the mind due to the thoughts about the sin.
<br>According to the Ayurveda the mastrubation causes loss of 'energy'.
<br>Anyway i dont thought that it is a sin..,it is according to your belieafs or customs.
<br>ii)The pre marital sex is now adays commonly agreed and sex with a married womon is not a crime ,if it done with her permission and both have enjoyed it with no regretion.
